I answer to Buddy or Bud and the MPR vet estimates I am 13 - 14 years old. I was pulled from a shelter by another rescue for MPR after the rescue contacted MPR about me on 10/17/09. I was neutered but that was all. MPR has tested my fecal and for heartworm, vaccinated me for Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, Corona, did a senior blood panel and cleaned my teeth. I had several biopsies done for masses removed from my body, had bi-lateral ear infections, severe periodontal disease so they cleaned my teeth and extracted 5 teeth. I also have Keratitis of my eye and skin infections in a few places of my body. I am on antibiotics, ear medicine and eye drops. I want to go to a home where I can be with someone who will take care of me and love me so I do not ever have to go through all of this again. I am very loving, crate trained and housebroken but do have accidents because that is just what happens until you become acclimated to your new home. I like children as long as they are not too rough with me, I am a senior citizen you know. Update: All biopsies came back with favorable results and no further treatment is required. I am now totally blind and do not hear much.  I am happy living my life in my fostr home as I amfamiliar with the surroundings and do well in that environment.
