Carson has an adoption pending a home visit

Carson was returned to Pug Luv because he was too active for the family.  He was originally transferred to Pug Luv from a local shelter.  He is 3 years old, neutered, up to date on Rabies, DHLLP, Bordetella, heart worm, blood and fecal testing.  He likes kids and gets along with other dogs.  He has not been around cats.  He has bi-lateral grade 1 luxating patellas.  He was examined by the Pug Luv vet and she determined he should not be seen by a specialist.  At this time, Carson does not need treatment for his patellas.     It appears that he had little or no prior discipline or training.  He acts like a young puppy.
He will need a home where he knows who the alpha in the house is and discipline is required.  We feel he needs to go to a home with children to use up the energy he has.

Visit michiganpugrescue.com, click on the Pug's page for all updates on each Pug.

If you are interesting in adopting Carson or any of the Pugs currently residing with Pug Luv, go to michiganpugrescue.com and click on the Adopt/Foster tab on the left of the home page.  The first step in the adoption process is to download, print, complete and submit an application for adoption.
