Willow came to the rescue from a shelter. She was a stray along with Sage. She has been brought up to date on her Rabies, DHPP, Lepto, dental work and Heartworm testing and she has been spayed. She is very sweet and independent. She is housetrained but you do have to remind her that it's time for a potty break because she is not great at giving signals that she has to go. She will occasionally choose to potty inside rather than go outside and get her feet dirty. Willow is not very playful but she loves going for long walks. She also loves cuddling with her foster family on the couch, getting her hair brushed and of course, sunbathing! She is very calm and loving!
She is very smart and food motivated which can get her into some trouble at times if food is left in areas that she can reach. She even figured out how to open the pantry door at her foster home but that was easily fixed with some child locks.
If you are interested in adopting her go to the Adopt/Foster tab on the web site, read the information, download and print the application to be submitted by US mail. If you are unable to adopt her, please consider making a donation to help with her medical costs.
